Shults law firm was founded in 1965 by Robert Shults and the late Edward Lester, who had successful practices as name partners in one of the state's largest law firms. They wanted to create a smaller firm, in order to provide personal and prompt attention to each client -- a philosophy which continues today. Their goals were to provide premier legal services to their clients and to maintain the highest level of professionalism. They also were committed to making positive contributions to their community through pro bono legal services and their involvement with politics, education, the environment, race relations, poverty issues, efforts to improve the justice system, and public health issues. The firm continues the tradition the founders established. We are dedicated to counseling our clients with sound judgment and to representing them effectively in civil matters, particularly business transaction and commercial litigation. As we strive to maintain the best traditions of the legal profession, we also take advantage of technological innovations which help us serve and communicate with our clients most effectively. Even as times change, our mission remains the same -- to maintain a firm of honorable, dedicated professionals who provide outstanding representation to our clients. Areas of practice : General Civil Practice , Commercial Litigation , Business , Corporations and Real Estate law. Civil Trials and Appeals in all Federal and State Courts.
